I have tryed everything I even restored my computer I dont know what it could be.

I did that and its at 10% now

It went to 8.6% still very slow my browser is very slow now

I don't know thas why my speed got messed up becuase I got the wrong registry

I Downloaded the wrong cable registry and it dropped my speed from 74.9% to 9.6% I have Roadrunner in Los Angeles and I need the correct cable registry becuase it slowed down my speed!
