i would like to thank that u are accepted me as a member of your testmy.net portal. my question is that i m using bsnl broad my plan is that 1mbps i m using 11 system to provide this facility (Cyber Cafe). but mostly in the time of using broadband one site will be open very fast but other time the site will be too slow and the connection error page could not be open what will i do. i booked a complaint against bsnl broadband and they asked its your fault please tell me what will i do.
