the only site I know about my plan is this http://www.myworldmydsl.com/mydsl.aspx and sorry My Plan is 1299 not 990..My advertised speed is 512Kbps. because I'm wandering when they first installed the DSL last year My speed reached about 500 Kbps on utorrent then after 5 months my DSL stopped working, when technician arrived from PLDT and fixed it my speed only reached up to 70 Kbps. when I called PLDT they say that is the speed of my plan.. well I'm hoping to bring back that speed when they first installed The DSL.. and for the record My Computer Donn't have a Virus and is running on Vista Ultimate on an Intel Dual Core Cpu. thanks for your reply.
