Hey Dan , try testing several times in a row , then later in the day as well. Many times network traffic is heavy , so it appears as if your connection has issues. Not saying either way at this point, but it's a start.

But my download speed is only 75 percent of RR Why? Is my firewall cuasing the problem, I'm using Norton 2010.

Hi; no u are right they don't crash and security is great  but that is about all and I don't know anything about 7 but I was just posting my veiw

I'm just a dumb ole country boy that don't know diddly form squat but personally I hate windows, I've used win3.1, win95, win98 and winxp. I think win 3.1 was the best but today's standards you can not run 3.1. Win 95,98 not bad xp is so-so. I use Firefox and I love it. It is much faster and less problems.

Bill Gates put so much unneeded stuff on his widows it is ridiculous. Who ever comes out with system that is perfect w/out flaws is going to make money, ( wish it was me)
