I was using TCPOpomizer and DrTCP, but could never do any better than 990-98.

Van Buren's cable nut settings worked out great. I was pulling around 995 every time. However, my download stayed the same even with VB's settings until I bumped the tcp send/receive up to 1491. I recently subscribed to direcway, however, I did my homework first. My installer was here and left, and upon my first pull, I believe I did somewhere around 75kbps.
