yeah it was already in the pc when i got it

are u having problems downloading windows updats for ser pack 2 do u mean coz i am not able to do them too what a lot of messing i have had trying to get it sorted and it's still not done

i need someone to help me i have got a broadband/wireless router and from the day i have had it on i cannot get on msn or do windows updates aol and windows updates cannot help me the keep saying something about it might have a firewall inside the router has anyone got a clue about all of this coz i aint
