;)Thanks for all the suggestions. I have defraged, cleared my cache, disk cleanup, ran spybot, changed proxy settings and downloaded TCP. I seem to be faster now. Hopefully it will contunue. I used to connect through dial-up at 16.8Kbps with a 56K modem installed. I don't even have fiber optic lines to the house. I hope for 59.99 a month this will be worth it. I mainly browse using IE, I don't do much downloading. Thanks again for all your help!!! SK

I got installed Friday. I am not browsing much faster than dial-up. I have a 466MHz 128RAM Windows 2000NT Pro. Is my PC just too slow or is it the Dway connection. My signal strength is 80. I got Dway installed yesterday. I have been reading up on Dway here for a week now, waiting for my install. I ran a download test here this morning and my connection speed said 693 Kbps It said in red that I was only using 82% and I needed to optimize my connection. I called Dway and yes, I got a man from India. He ran me through a few changes in my system, then I took this test again, and this was the result. If this is for real, the struggle to understand him was worth it. Please give me any advise, as I am a Newbie to Dway. I'm on Sat M5? :::.. I am trying to get Dway installed and I am supposed to be locking in on AMC9. Is this the newest satellite? It seems a bit of an odd angle to me. I'm on the Utah/Nevada border. I am wondering if this is my best option. Any ideas? I am currently enjoying a connection speed of 16.8Kbps with my dial up service. I have a DW6000 system needing installed.
