my downstairs computer does not run off the wireless, it runs through the router through ethernet cable that allows 100 meg speeds (cat 5).

okay, well for sh!ts and giggles I cleared my history, cache, and temp folder of everything in it, and ran it again from IE.

you sure you have 6Mb/768kb Plan? Seems closer to 4Mb/356kb Plan 

do you have other computers using internet, downloading, or is your comp wireless?

I am wireless on a 1meg network I am one of the computers I have another computer also running off my router

I dont know which plan I have

hmm then I should have the standard I pay like 50 a month I believe...but even for 4 meg mine is low
