Are there any tweaks for Norton Internet Security 2004 that might help me get my speed and stay protected? With it turned off I get the rated speed or better on most download tests (5mbps) But with it turned on it fluctuates, depending on the test from ~2.8 to 4.1mbps. Heck it won't even finish the test on this site with it on. It seems obvious to me the computer can handle it without the software interference, but I can't find any info on how to possibly tweak NIS to let the FIOS do its thing. Running W2K on AMD @ 2.1GHz w/ 1G mem. if that helps. Thank you, BP66
