Oh..alright. But I just did a few things anyway. Went to my startup options, and I unchecked some startup items. I also uninstalled some useless junk from my computer. I still don't know why my uploading speed is so...terrible. By any chance, would the TCPOptimizer help?

I didn't try hijackthis, infact, I find it rather troublesome beacause I might make a mistake. I don't really know how to use it well. Windows XP: Home Edition I have a Router. I tried rebooting everything. I took out all the cords, and restarted EVERYTHING.
