I am running Windows XP Home, Trend Micro Antivirus, Spybot S&D, and Adaware. I keep a clean running system and have tried TCP Optimizer and cablenut. I seem to get around the same speed with every setting I try. What can I do different? I can't run a tracert, or ping. I do have many services turned off though which one if any would I need to turn on. Anyway here is my results with my Speedstream 4200 router firewall and Microsoft windows XP firewall running. Oh yeah, I am very close to the CO. :::..
