RTB Posted January 1, 2005 CID Share Posted January 1, 2005 56k will always be slower. In fact, there have been tests completed with 4 Kbps, or 0.5 KB/s. You're not the slowest. If you have a 1500 Kbps advertised download speed then you won't get much faster than this, but it's always worth trying. For a cap above 1500 you definatly need to tweak. Download Cablenut and VanBuren's custom tweak files. Pick the file made for your advertised down and up speed and re-test.
