tnardo Posted October 20, 2006 CID Share Posted October 20, 2006 i have windows xp with all updates and all recommended programs.. ie. antivirus and spyware.. i've defraged and everything of that sort i have removed any programs i dont need... i havecable nut and am using vanburens tables, but no changes seem to affect upload speed very much, but i have improved downloading. what do i need to change i do not know what my adrevisted speeds are i just want upload to be respectable. i am currently using cable dsl 5000 768.ccs Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
