For some reason, the time of arrival of e-mails is not correct in my version, its a few hours early. Anyone know where the settings to change that are? I checked in my global timezone settings in the control panel and everything looks good, does outlook have an override? thx.

So, no one has any ideas? I'm sorry to insist, just passing on the pressure from my mother. I find that I oftentimes post problems that I think are impossible to resolve here and you guys have not failed me yet  :grin2: so does anyone know where outlook takes its time/date from?

Do you have a firewall installed that maybe sync's up with a different time zone?  Check to see if there's a daylight savings time option on your firewall if so..

Also>> Tools>Options, then clicked CalendarOptions button and then the TimeZone button -- and "current time zone" setting is okay?
