I also found that there was a lawsuit filed against Apple to correct the problem. Then I found this website http://ipodsdirtysecret.com/. It is a movie it shows a guy running around NYC spray painting a message to all I-Pod users. Just thought it was funny. I got my 30GB Zen Xtra for less than a 10GB iPod costs, and I find nothing about that cool for the iPod.
