Dragonbreak Posted February 27, 2007 CID Share Posted February 27, 2007 With some details left behind, is there some kind of program that will block off wireless internet users on my command? For example, lets say I have two computers, 1 has a connection of Modem>Broadband Router>Computer, all connections through wires. 2nd computer is just connected to the internet through the router. Are there any programs, like a firewall, that I can disable the access of the internet for the 2nd computer? I tried searching but there was stuff about WPA and things like that which I did not quite understand. Thanks!
Swimmer Posted February 27, 2007 CID Share Posted February 27, 2007 WPA for encryption.. You could implement that.. but it would be easier to apply an access filter on the router.. What type of router do you have?
