rjventre Posted April 21, 2007 CID Share Posted April 21, 2007 I am considering purchasing Microsoft Streets & Trips 2007 with the GPS Locater,and I have a question. Is the GPS receiver wireless as Microsoft claims and if so, what type of batteries does it use? I ask because I have read a couple of reviews on the product that says it is not wireless. I called Microsoft and they said it was like a wireless mouse, with the receiver plugging into the usb port and the GPS wirelessly connected to it.
