Comcast 6mbps Package

Yeah I Have the 6 Mbps Package and I Just Moved acrossed Town and I'm Getting 8.5 Mbps to 9 mbps and my Upload went from 384kbps to 850 to 900 kbps can anybody explain why???                                          :::.. testmy.net test results ..:::

Download Speed is:: 1051 kB/s

Upload Connection is:: 848 Kbps about 0.8 Mbps (tested with 1496 kB)
