I have all windows updates,up to date. here my dslreport test link http://www.dslreports.com/tweakr/block:935c2a?service=dsl&speed=3000&os=winXP&via=normal Ive ran cable nut and used the adsl fast cause its supposed to be 3000 k/bps down and 384 up heres my results if you guys need more info just ask thanks :Update: i ran drtpc and did what it told me , restarted my comp and no change ::::::::::..
