Just got windstream

Ok Guys i just got windstream dsl installed im running win xp i got sp2 i run ad-aware reguarly. I have all windows updates,up to date. here my dslreport test link  http://www.dslreports.com/tweakr/block:935c2a?service=dsl&speed=3000&os=winXP&via=normal

Ive ran cable nut and used the adsl fast cause its supposed to be 3000 k/bps down and 384 up heres my results if you guys need more info just ask thanks

:Update: i ran drtpc and did what it told me , restarted my comp and no change :(

Download Speed is:: 249 kB/s

Bottom Line:: 36X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 4.11 sec

Tested from a 2992 kB file and took 11.997 seconds to complete

Download Diagnosis:: Looks Great : -100 % faster than the average for host (alltel.net)

:Update: i ran drtpc and did what it told me , restarted my comp and no change :( when i run the test it still says i need to change my mtu to 1500 but it is anyone know whats up?
