Dual Speed Test - Server 2 Problems - Attn Cable and Moderators

for some reason cannot access server 2 dual speed test

getting :

Not Found

The requested URL /dl-97&testall=1 was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am pretty sure that it is off line for good..  We are in the process of moving to a new server..
