jeffwalker9999 ;I don't have any specific settings for tos & Cox cable.I recomend disabling tos or at least trying that to see if it improves your speed.

I think the first will disable TOS

DisableUserTOSSetting  1

The second is just in case   

DefaultTOSValue 0

If disabled it should look like this

I believe mine is being used

I think DisableUserTOSSettings set to 0 means it is using TOS and setting it to 1 means its disabled.

Unfortunately Cablenut is useless for Vista.You are correct 1 is for enable or 0 for off.

I think TOS slows you down unless you need it to route packets in your own network home or business.

I wonder why speedguide gets the snip it used to be recommended.
