yeah comcast upgraded this past friday,  saw a few 4.0 mb bursts late at night but consistently in the 3.2 to 3.6 range  still trying to tweak everything since the addition of a linksys wireless router  any setting suggestions appreciated  thanks

umm.. what is the speed compaired to the ethernet.. I dont think that matter to much the MTU on the router.. because it basically acts like a server..  However, if you have a 802.11g router you should be able to get 80-90% of your ethernet speed...  I am not the one that normally does the speed tweaks.. that is Van Burren's area.. However, if you post a tracert to testmy.net I can get  you started...
