Online Gaming laggggg

hey has anyone else had a  problem when playin online games?  i have never had any prob with this before yesterday.  I will have a perfect connection then in 5 mins or so i will lag and then 20 seconds, lag out. 

linksys BEFW11S4 wireless router but connected directly to router

Are you talking about Xbox Live or PC Also what kind of connection do you have

PS2 and XBOX....cable 3000/256 advertised..

How long did the lag take   Also did you Power Cycle your cable modem and router.

u may get a laugh out of these b/c i dont see any loss...guess it could be just the server that the game runs on

im no expert in traceroutes, but i know routes change during the time of the day for alot of ppl

and that route seems fine

after you lagged out, does your connection work normally direct after or do you need to reboot pc or modem / router?

make a traceroute to the server you play on, it might be a problem between server and your ISP net

if so, write it down
