PIMPN MAGNUM Posted August 10, 2008 CID Share Posted August 10, 2008 Start by compiling test logs of that speed, tons of them. Then call your ISP daily complaining. Have techs come out regularly to trouble shoot. If you're lucky it's something simple in your house. If not keep complaing LOUDLY until something is done. That's what I had to do, turned out my streets were'nt up to date. Took 2 years for me to figure out that I had to kick and scream(figuratively) , and keep records of the speeds I was recieving, to get the right peoples attention...
