They say the issue is with there system and it is being worked on.......................... time will tell

If you had 4000/384 service before, it should be a free upgrade to 6000/768 unless you had the 3000/284 (something like that on) you would have been a free upgrade to 4000/384. Right now I have 4000/384, waiting for 6Mb in my area . Im in Chicago
