h2haxor Posted September 23, 2008 CID Share Posted September 23, 2008 my download goes to like 3mbps then STOPS and slows down slowly while the percentage doesn't go up then it speeds back up to 23mbps(powerboost) this started happening after i used a tweak of van buren's and my registry backup didn't work.
