Something is wrong though. My connection stalls, then bursts. Like, it starts at like 300 KB/sec, bursts to 800-900 KB/sec and stays steady. The upload does the same, but it constantly fluctuates. It gets up to 100ish KB/sec then drops to 70 KB/sec. Kind of annoying. I'm trying to tweak, dont know if it is tweakable though.

I would get a tech out to do some line tests, could be that your line is just junk lol.  Also, go to your modem's page and check on your signals.

this is pretty ok though im not happy about that upload. im paying for 760 but for some reasion only my hard wire gets the poor upload. my  wireless has no problem getting the full 760. though that only does 1.5 meg downloads. w/e lol im gunna be happy with it when i get my room hardwired. though it could just be this computer. I kinda wish i lived in cali. gotta love that unlimited bandwidth.
