jester9992 Posted September 30, 2014 CID Share Posted September 30, 2014 Hi all! Was just wondering if anyone knows of an app that would allow me to limit the download speed on my mobile device. My son has been downloading very large files lately (eating my storage) and this would help deter him from doing so anymore. Not giving him the device to use is not an option according to my wife. :-/ I have searched different proxy apps but they all need root access.. and I cannot lose time sensitive data on my phone, or i would've had this bugger rooted LONG ago.
