Best Settings For COX.net????

Im Running "EXTREME" Settings Under the TCO Optimizer, But I Think I can Tweak Some More Out Of It... Too Bad I Think they Capped My Upload At 30kb/sec Because other people that use cox that i know get the same upload speed.... it used to be 100+kb/sec though..
