bharrebs Posted March 17, 2005 CID Share Posted March 17, 2005 hey anyone there to plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me out last time my download was above 150+ and upload 50+ but when i install widows service pack 2 ...there's trouble begin..whenever i try to download torrent ..with plenty of seeders .more than 20..download sucks only 10-11 ...whereas upload increases upto 130+ and gradually decreases ......to 60 .and then again increas...why it happened so? here's my test Checking for Middleboxes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
