VanBuren Posted March 17, 2005 CID Share Posted March 17, 2005 hey Helios420 nice speed, what was the problem before? your settings looks fine for win 98 / ME there is nothing more to tweak in the TCP settings, but you can try follow the other steps in the sticky, search for spyware, setting duplex settings and so on hows your upload and what was the cap?
