John Jackson Posted September 27, 2017 CID Share Posted September 27, 2017 NBN wired me up two months ago, my ISP hasn't connected me blaming NBN for the delay, NBN always tells me they cann't access my info because their systems down ( 3times this has happened)' i believe iprimus is delaying the connect to get more money out of me because the new plan i signed up for on the NBN plan is less than what I'm paying now, iprimus even rang me two weeks after the NBN technician had done his work (wired up) to ask me for the NBN MODEM number, I would be interested to know if anyone else has had a similar experience.
