Paladin82 Posted April 26, 2005 CID Share Posted April 26, 2005 First of all you have to turn off your firewall during the first few minutes of turning a comcast cable or any cable system because I just discovered that while your cable program is registering with the servicem, your firewall could be blocking certain information that they don't believe is important but IS really important. after the first few minutes of starting your cable service, then and ONLY then you should immediately turn back your Firewall.
