Reset your computer to default settings and Start your computer in safe mode. Scan with one and or 2 virus programs. Be honest with yourself. Do you play with file sharing programs such as kaza, lime wire,bear share. If you do then chances are you have a nasty. Every one wants to tweak and thinks its gonna make there computer 10 faster on the net. It doesn't generally work that way. Download this. http://readerror.gmxhome.de/ its a free net meter. shut down your browser and everything else that may need access to the net. Watch the meter see if your getting activity with no logical explanation. Start there first. I'm telling you it may save you tons of time and hassles.
