bounty1990 Posted August 9, 2005 CID Share Posted August 9, 2005 [move] Celeron D runs cooler when OCed [/move] I have a Socket 478 Celeron D 315. The normal clock speeds are 2.26 GHz and 533 MHz FSB. I am running on stock cooling. I over clocked the processor by 30% as shown in red and it runs cooler than the normal clock speed when running idle. Yah I know thats messed up. I have 4 fans on my pc(2 in 2 out). My specs are: Average temp for cpu is:
Swimmer Posted August 9, 2005 CID Share Posted August 9, 2005 can you take a cpuz screenshot? I find that really hard to believe.. 30% and you are running cooler.. that is really strange!
