I run Windows XP SP2

ISP is Optimum Online, I don't know the advertised speed is, nor where to find it...

connecting through a router or directly to your computer

USB or ethernet?

tried any tweaks yet? I also have opt online.

yea im using a router to share with my playstation 2. Im using ethernet. No i havent tried any tweaks or havent thought of them.

apply the patch for SP2 connections, look for google, i forgot the site for it...you can always try cablenut settings, use Vanburens OOL 10000/1000 settings, they work very well. than restart your computer and do another test
