I have no idea how to create a restore point  :-P

Just made a test im starting to think it was traffic etc because its 10'40pm here.

Connection is:: 6195 Kbps about 6.2 Mbps (tested with 5983 kB)

Download Speed is:: 756 kB/s

Bottom Line:: 111X faster than 56K 1MB download in 1.35 sec

Diagnosis: Looks Great : 0.8 % faster than the average for host (optonline.net)

Hey, either way its traffic or not you should get at least 7500kB/s all the time, hold on let me check out my speeds..

btw, to create a restore point you have to go to start>all programs>accessories>system tools>system restoe (it's only for windows XP i believe)

if you're unable to create a restore point go to Start>Run  type in services.msc or msconfig (whichever you want) and enable the service for system restore.
