Need Help! Any other DW4000 tweaks to try??

As one of the legions of frustrated DW users, I have so far put up with their poor (charitable adjective) performance.  However, I have found myself working from home more lately, but I am pulling my hair out trying to get any meaningful work done.  I see people posting download speeds over 1K - I have NEVER had that pleasure.  Here are a few random speed tests from today:

The last one is the only one approaching "normal" for DW, and it is still awful.  I won't even go into upload speeds (I find myself using dial-up sometimes if I have a lot to upload - no joke!).

I have tried several DrTCP tweaks, cablenuts tweaks, and all of the self help stuff from DW, and this is the best I can do.  To be honest, I can't say that I have noticed much of a change throughout the day or throughout the tweaks I have tried.  I am begging Verizon to move up their FIOS roll-out, or to get Adelphia to run cable out here, or for a WISP to put up a tower or SOMETHING .  Until then, I am trying to wring out whatever I can from what I have got.

For the record, that includes:  DW4000, WinXP Pro, AMD Athlon 2000+, 512MB RAM, and a huge headache.
