My ISP is Tiscali and the advertised speed is 2272 Kbps downstream and 288 Kbps upstream. :::.. Download Stats ..::: Connection is:: 527 Kbps about 0.5 Mbps (tested with 1013 kB) Download Speed is:: 64 kB/s Tested From:: https://testmy.net/ (server2) Test Time:: Wed Oct 26 03:14:42 UTC+0100 2005 Bottom Line:: 9X faster than 56K 1MB download in 16 sec Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 56.06 % of your hosts average (as9105.com) Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-KX4BD1N0Y This is really low, advertised is over 2 meg and it's working at half a meg. :::..
