I have a quick question about using pathping.

When I use it I always get 100% lost on the link between my ISP and the sprintlink.net router.

It always looks like this.  (I tried to format it as close as I could)

C:pathping usd.edu

Trace complete.

Is this likely caused by a firewall or something like that?

Thanks for your time
