resopalrabotnick Posted November 24, 2005 CID Share Posted November 24, 2005 you take a look at your bill, figure out how much they are docking you for surfing the web. then you go to their website and compare that amount to their offers and see if there is a match. tyhe speed that that offer claims to reach is your advertised speed.
