A little Help

VanBuren helped me out a great deal last year..I live in a small town I just had my DSL upgraded to the 5meg down and a 1 meg up....I am happy with the upload, but think my download could use a little tweak.. I have cablenut my default rec. window is set at 48180...dsl reports says to set between 48180 and 125560...If I put it at 125560 I get a slight hesitation and drop of speed...
