I removed the splitter from the line and plugged directly into wall and works great. Now how do I hook my TV up??? Do I need to have them install a seperate wall jack. Or what can I do.

And some days it doesnt work at all. I have comcast cable internet and I didnt know they had different speed packages. But my internet sucks.... HELP I also have vonage phone but that doesnt work when my internet is down... What can it be
