The Download test gave me these results: Connection is:: 1514 Kbps about 1.5 Mbps (tested with 1496 kB) Download Speed is:: 185 kB/s but When i actually download something, most of the time it only downloads at 12 to 40 kB/s. Is there any reason it would do this?
