What if thats not a possibilty? I need my router for my other machines that I use. Any other settings I could tweak?

Anyone else have MegaModem Mach 10? Im looking for the best tweak settings for it. I have already done most or all of the other required steps and I am currently using TCP Optimizer, I tried CableNut with the OOL 10000 1000 settings, with poor results.
