If I had another computer to check this with, I would, trust me.

Hello everyone. I came here in desperation, as with Charter Communications Cable, I've been running about 40-50 kb a second since I've had it. Now, I'm sure I should at least be getting 1mb a second..I've tried everything in the stickies, yet to no avail. The main reason I would like a faster connection is for my torrenting, which i download gigs of files, where I know people who download quite faster than I do. Any help will be appreciated!
