I just upgraded my ADSL connection thru SBC Yahoo DSL to the ExpertPlus Package at $44.95/month and NO CAP OR USAGE LIMITS The package specs are 1.5-6Mbps down and 608 up. Been having a little trouble until the tech came out earlier today. He musta done something because I am not experiencing the slowdowns I was since upgrading. I am pretty content at the moment

That is the first time I tweaked Qos like that. Thanks for the procedure. But would it not be easier to go into your network connections and just delete the protocol QoS altogether? That is usually what I have done. I figure if the protocol is not installed it won't run. Do not know if I am right or not? In fact, I delete every protocol in my Network Connection: Properties: except Tcp/Ip. Do not use File and Printer Sharing even though I could. Also do not need Client for Microsoft Networks. This way I have nothing interfering with my main protocol.
