I'm using Vonage ( http://www.vonage.com ) Its 24.95 but is really about 27.00 ISP is RR Cable modem is a SB4200 Router IS the one Vonage gave me a Linksys RT31P2 I am happy with the service not had any problems with it. Good voice quality same as a LAN line i think.. Some people i call say i sound bad sometimes but can always understand me.
