24,0 mbps max download 3,0 mbps max upload how much kb/s is that ? or mb/s Cant figure it out :<

Could somebody plz help me with torrent client setings. I used to get around 200 kb/s now im stuck around 60 kb/s altought the ratio is very good (seeders) I'm using

not using any cablenut file now . just got the ap
